Job Description:
- Translate strategic categories plans into clear execution tracking frameworks and operational follow
- up.
- Design and oversee the yearly trade activity calendar aligned with category objectives across
- different channels.
- Oversee category management initiatives and enhance category profitability.
- Ensure effective implementation of pricing guidelines through alignment with Channel Trade
- Marketing and Commercial team members to secure consistent execution and
- compliance across all trade channels.
- Create and implement Customer-Facing Category Strategies and establish Perfect Store guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build annual category forecasts, ensuring accurate
- monthly projections and activity plans.
- Track forecast accuracy and highlight deviations early with clear corrective actions.
- Define distribution targets to secure optimal market penetration for key SKUs.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and execution reports for decision support.
- Track category performance, providing trade support to sustain business growth and momentum.
- Optimize trade spend budgets through effective promotional plans.
- Conduct regular market visits and execution audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Tracking best practice of product availability and visibility across various trade channels.
- Ensure fast corrective action cycle to fix market issues and perfect category performance
