Role Summary: 

Lead the Group’s financial operations and support strategic business growth. It will play a critical role in financial planning, performance management, cash flow optimization, internal controls, and business decision support while driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations and financial reporting activities. 
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. 
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. 
• Support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. 
• Drive ERP optimization and improvements in finance processes. 
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. 
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
