Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
- Issue materials to project sites and departments based on approved material requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock transactions in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement Department for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse in compliance with company HSE policies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams to ensure efficient material flow and on-time project support.
