As an Influencer Manager/Talent Relations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our marketing, PR, and advertising efforts, driving engagement and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships. • Overview: Immerse yourself in the exciting world of content creation, acting as the primary liaison between our brand and a diverse portfolio of influencers and content creators. You’ll identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with our brand values and campaign objectives.
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Influencer Relations strategies to elevate brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
  • Proactively identify and onboard new Content Creators and influencers across various platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end Talent management, including contract negotiation, campaign briefing, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Provide exceptional Creator support, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and PR teams to integrate influencer activities into broader campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and optimize future influencer initiatives.
