Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Growth

Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team across digital marketing, content, design, and social media.
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the team.
• Collaborate with management to support business growth initiatives.
   

E-Commerce Growth:

• Drive online sales growth through data-driven marketing strategies
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
• Optimize customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
• Analyze website and campaign performance to maximize revenue.
   

Performance Marketing:

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and Revenue Growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
   

Branding & Creative Strategy:

• Lead brand positioning and communication strategies.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
• Guide creative concepts, campaign messaging, and content direction.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
   

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports and growth recommendations.
• Utilize data and market insights to support strategic decisions.
