Job Description:
Monitor daily operations across all departments (Training, Reception, Kids Area, GX, Pool, Spa, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
Ensure all departments follow company policies and operational standards.
Track and evaluate service quality and member experience.
Monitor staff performance and adherence to procedures.
Conduct member surveys and collect feedback after classes and services.
Ensure members follow gym rules (dress code, no photography, facility usage rules).
Handle violations professionally and document incidents when needed.
Report operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on quality and performance.
Identify repeated issues and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
