Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team.
This role is not only about answering customer questions. We need someone with a customer hunter mindset. A proactive person who can follow up, engage customers, identify opportunities, and help convert inquiries into active customers across ShipToBox and our other businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat
- Follow up with new leads, inquiries, and inactive customers
- Support customers through onboarding and first-order completion
- Build strong customer relationships and improve satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right service
- Help convert interested customers into active customers
- Support retention, reactivation, and customer engagement campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Escalate issues when needed and follow up until resolved
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and customer follow-up updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve the customer journey
- Support ShipToBox and other company services when needed
