Job Description:
Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Safety Products
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement field sales plans and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Present safety shoes and safety & security equipment to targeted clients (companies, factories, distributors).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and occupational safety managers.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales and resolve issues or complaints.
- Conduct regular client visits to introduce new products and follow up on orders.
- Gather market and competitor information and submit periodic reports to management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and events to strengthen brand presence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and new opportunities.
- Follow up on financial collections and ensure adherence to payment deadlines.
