Job Description:
The Kids Area Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their mothers are using the gym facilities. The role focuses on supervising children, organizing simple activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming children and receiving them from their mothers in a professional and friendly manner
Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children inside the Kids Area
Supervising children during playtime and maintaining full attention at all times
Organizing simple games and fun activities suitable for different age groups
Engaging with children in a positive and energetic way
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Kids Area
Monitoring children behavior and handling any minor conflicts appropriately
Ensuring proper handover of children back to their mothers
Reporting any incidents or concerns immediately to management
