We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and driving brand awareness and engagement across all digital channels.

This role requires a strong combination of design creativity, marketing strategy, and analytical thinking to ensure all content aligns with brand objectives and business goals.

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring
• Create content calendars, campaign themes, and messaging pillars
• Ensure all content supports brand positioning and performance KPIs

Content Creation & Design

• Design high-quality visuals including posts, banners, infographics, and short videos
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms
• Collaborate with content creators to align visuals with messaging
• Use AI tools to enhance creativity and content production efficiency
• Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for integrated storytelling

Social Media Management

• Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Support online campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand activations
• Use social media analytics tools to optimize performance and engagement

Advertising & Optimization

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Apply SEO and keyword optimization strategies
• Track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and platform updates
