• Overview: As a Site Accountant, you will be the financial backbone of our construction projects, ensuring precise financial tracking, reporting, and control. You will work directly at our project sites in Cairo, becoming an integral part of the operational success story.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site financial transactions, including payroll, petty cash, and vendor payments.
  • Oversee project budgeting and cost control, tracking expenses against budget and identifying variances.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Construction Accounting, ERP Systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage complex financial data. Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting, Cost Control, and Budgeting is essential.
