Performance Marketing

• Execute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, influencers, and organic social in line with UBMC and Sipes objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure proper campaign execution, budget adherence, and target achievement.
• Monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance based on data insights and defined KPIs.
• Work closely with creative, content, and account teams to deliver campaigns aligned with best practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and improvement actions.
• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support campaign optimization.
• Support improvements in website performance, landing pages, and overall customer journey in collaboration with relevant teams.

Loyalty Program Management

• Support the development and day-to-day management of customer loyalty programs.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and support targeted marketing activities.
• Execute loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Track loyalty program performance and suggest improvements based on results.
• Maintain and report on key loyalty KPIs.
