ERP Application Consultant

Job Description

• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems.
• Analyze client business processes and requirements to recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals for reference and training.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and validation activities during ERP deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, modules, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
• understand and manage all accounting transactions on ERP system
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings for the HR and Accounting 
• Taxes and insurance understanding Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, Tax reports and post the required tax reports to taxes portal
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements on ERP system
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
