E-Commerce Channel Manager – FMCG (Supplements) | Cairo

We are seeking a high-performing E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead our digital expansion in Egypt. This is a unique opportunity to shape our online presence, scale revenue, and drive digital transformation across leading e-commerce platforms.

Overview:

As our E-Commerce Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy, driving market share, enhancing customer experience, and maximising online performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability
  • Manage marketplace operations and key platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and Talabat.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and digital partners
  • Optimise product listings, content, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns)with the key accounts.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage order flow, stock availability, and coordination with supply chain & operations
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, driving continuous performance improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Skills & Expertise:

We’re looking for a results-driven digital commercial leader with:

  • Strong experience in E-commerce & FMCG (preferably supplements)
  • Proven track record in building and scaling online channels
  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing & digital sales
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems & e-commerce tools.
