Customer Service Representative Italian / French / English

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives who speak English or French or Italian to join our international customer support team in Maadi Technology Park, Cairo.

What You Will Be Doing
Do you have a passion for helping others? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.

Job Details

• Location: Maadi Technology Park, Cairo
• Working Hours: 9-hour rotational shifts
• Days Off: 2 per week

Salary Packages (Total Gross EGP):

French CSR: 30,718

French OSR: 33,400

Italian: 32,900

English: 24,600
