About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to manage our brand across all digital platforms and in-store channels. This role requires someone who can create content, direct shoots, and follow up on performance.

What You Will Own

Brand Image

• Maintain and improve the brand’s visual identity
• Ensure all content meets luxury standards
• Review and fix any content that does not match the brand
• Oversee and maintain all brand stationery and packaging (bags, boxes, cards, etc.) to ensure consistency with brand image

Digital Platforms

• Manage Instagram and TikTok (posts, reels, stories)
• Maintain Google presence and support SEO
• Track performance and adjust content when needed

Content Creation

• Shoot daily stories and simple in-store content
• Plan and manage seasonal photoshoots
• Prepare a monthly content plan

Advertising

• Follow up on Meta and Google campaigns
• Work with freelancers and review performance

Vendors

• Manage freelancers (video, design, ads, models)
• Set clear tasks, timelines, and quality standards
