Reporting To: Team Leader – Operations
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 days/week (Rotational)
Nationality Requirement: Egyptians, Foreigners with Visa and work permits
Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will play a key role in representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Conduct research to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience
