Responsibilities:

  • Masterful Operations Management: Oversee and optimize daily tourism and transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Flawless Fleet Management: Coordinate vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and driver assignments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Precision Reservation Handling: Manage and process reservations for tours, transfers, and other travel services with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dynamic Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage intricate schedules for tours, vehicles, and personnel, adapting swiftly to changes.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and partners, negotiating terms to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on operational performance, identifying trends and proposing improvements.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively, minimizing disruptions.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Operations Management, Fleet Management, and Customer Service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel for Data Analysis and Reporting, is essential. Experience with CRM Systems for Reservation and customer interaction will be a significant advantage. Your Problem Solving acumen and robust Communication Skills will be key to your success.
