Job Description:
To oversee daily office operations, administrative processes, facility management, and support functions to ensure an efficient and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all office administration activities and support functions.
• Supervise reception, administrative staff, and office assistants.
• Oversee office supplies, assets, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Implement and improve office procedures and policies.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and company events.
• Support HR activities including attendance, leave tracking, and employee records.
• Manage company correspondence and official documentation.
• Monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
