• Your Mission: As our Senior Mechanical Tender Engineer, you will be the architect of compelling proposals, meticulously analyzing project specifications, designing innovative solutions, and crafting bids that stand out. You will play a crucial role in our business development, ensuring our tenders are not only competitive but also technically superior.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the comprehensive preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders for complex mechanical and electrical projects.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of RFQ/RFP documents, identifying project scope, technical requirements, and potential risks.
  • Perform detailed cost estimations, material take-offs, and resource planning to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to develop optimized solutions and integrate various system components (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems).
  • Engage in client communication and negotiation, presenting technical proposals and addressing inquiries with confidence and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, securing competitive quotes for equipment and services.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement within the tendering department.
• Skills & Technologies You’ll Master: You’ll leverage your deep expertise in Tendering, Mechanical Engineering principles, Cost Estimation, and Proposal Writing.
