Job Description:
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors and subcontractors on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-installation phases.
- Review and approve technical documents, shop drawings, and material submittals related to electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical installations are completed within project timelines and budgets.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and recommend improvements to existing electrical systems.
