As a Part-Time Remote Recruitment Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the best candidates. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and drive recruitment success from wherever you are in Cairo.

• Overview: As a key player in our Human Resources team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and successful placements.
• Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and processes.
• Skills/Technologies: You’ll leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR), advanced interviewing techniques, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools will be essential.
