Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage key HR functions while driving employee performance and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Drive performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and development plans.
• Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain HRIS and HR reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and HR regulations.
