Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement: Develop, execute, and maintain robust test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Identify and Track: Proactively identify, analyze, and document defects, meticulously tracking them through resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts in regression and automation testing, continuously seeking ways to enhance our QA methodologies and tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and project management teams to understand requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Methodology Master: Apply Agile methodologies to streamline testing cycles and improve overall project efficiency.
• Insight Generation: Provide insightful feedback and recommendations on product usability and quality to cross-functional teams.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands expertise in Quality Assurance and QA principles, alongside proficiency in Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Defect Tracking. Experience with Regression Testing, Automation Testing, and working within Agile Methodologies is crucial. A strong understanding of SQL and excellent Communication and Problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role. Expertise in Root Cause Analysis will set you apart.
