Overview:

As a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer, you will be at the heart of our project execution, bridging the gap between design concepts and construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for various mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting).
• Support project teams by providing accurate technical data, calculations, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct material take-offs and quantity surveying, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including submittals, approvals, and technical reports.
• Implement quality control procedures for all technical outputs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Utilize advanced software like AutoCAD and potentially BIM for drafting and modeling.
