Logistics Manager

About the Role:  
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient inventory movement, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:  
– Manage daily logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution  
– Plan and oversee delivery schedules to ensure on-time customer fulfillment  
– Coordinate closely with production, sales, and procurement teams  
– Optimize routes and reduce transportation costs  
– Monitor inventory flow between factory, warehouse, and showrooms  
– Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators  
– Ensure proper handling and transportation of furniture items to avoid damage  
– Track KPIs (delivery time, costs, damage rates, efficiency)  
– Implement systems and processes to improve logistics performance
