Job Description:
looking for a qualified HSE Engineer to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk assessment, compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies within factory operations
- Conduct regular risk assessments for machinery and production lines
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper use of PPE
- Perform routine safety inspections across the facility
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local safety laws and industrial standards
- Conduct safety inductions and regular training sessions for workers
- Monitor fire safety systems and emergency preparedness plans
- Oversee waste management and environmental compliance in the factory
