Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our factory operations in the production of clear dental aligners. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and scalability. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operations Management

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met
• Supervise the operation and performance of 3D printers, thermoforming, and milling machines
• Monitor production output and implement corrective actions when needed
• Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians and production staff
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Organize and deliver training programs on machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting

• Conduct fault analysis and lead troubleshooting efforts for technical disruptions and equipment failures
• Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Support the development and implementation of software and process improvement solutions
• Ensure all mechanical systems and production equipment are properly maintained and calibrated

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies across the production area
• Ensure all production activities align with FDA, ISO, and regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing
• Identify and escalate quality issues promptly and implement preventive measures

Reporting & Strategy

• Report on key production KPIs, performance metrics, and operational challenges to senior management
• Contribute to the development and execution of production strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and lead continuous improvement initiatives
