HR Manager – FMCG Manufacturing | 10th of Ramadan / New Cairo

 About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Manager to support and scale our growing manufacturing business.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, attendance management, and government relations within FMCG or manufacturing environments.

You will play a key role in building efficient HR processes and supporting the company’s expansion from 25 to 75 employees.

Job Description

• Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee files, and contracts
• Handle recruitment and hiring activities to support business growth
• Coordinate payroll preparation and attendance reporting through fingerprint systems
• Manage relationships with Egyptian government entities, including the Labour Office and Social Insurance
• Support the implementation of HR policies and internal regulations
• Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and workplace compliance
• Support department managers with workforce planning and hiring needs
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
• Contribute to improving HR systems and organisational processes
