Warehouse Supervisor

1. Warehouse Operations Supervisor
– Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of all goods and materials
– Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and layout planning
– Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper material handling
– Implement and maintain 5S and good housekeeping standards

2. Inventory Control
– Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP/ERP system
– Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory
– Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and slow-moving/obsolete stock
– Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are applied for applicable materials

3. Team Leadership
– Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, storekeepers, and forklift operators
– Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
– Promote safety culture and ensure all team members comply with HSE procedures

4. HSE & Compliance
– Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company HSE policies and local regulations
– Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks
– Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials according to MSDS requirements
– Maintain valid certifications for lifting equipment and forklifts

5. Coordination & Reporting
– Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Operations teams for material requirements
– Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, KPIs, and warehouse performance
– Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments
– Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory
