We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our call center team, including Frontline, Back Office and Billing positions.
???? Job Responsibilities 
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat 
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are handled efficiently 
???? Salary & Benefits 
• 30,000 EGP Gross Salary
• 17,000 EGP Net Salary 
• 3,000 EGP Transportation Allowance

• Salary increases:

⏰ Working Hours 
• Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM 
• 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday) 
• 2 days off per week 
• 1-hour lunch break 
Overtime is available for productive employees for additional income.

• Egyptian nationals only 
• Males only 
• Open to graduates, undergraduates, dropouts, and gap-year candidates 
• All universities are accepted 
• English proficiency: B2+ to C1 
• Ability to commit for at least 6 months
