Job Description
Your role will be to act as our customer service professional with BNK Motion in Kuwait (Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi) and will enjoy the following:
- Greeting our customers in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments in a timely manner
- Working closely with our parts team
- Upsell service, accessories and lifestyle items
- Assist and advise sales customers and sales inquiries.
- Attends customer’s spare parts enquiries and ensure ordering the correct parts
- Order spare parts in manufacturer platform and follow up to provide a proper estimated time of arrival
- Check, update and keep records of inventory for in store accessories and spare parts
- Follow up work in progress and update customers on the same after checking with workshop in charge
- Handle body repair cases and follow up with insurance companies to get approvals
- Prepare invoices, collect cash from customers and allocate in TILL.
Skills
- Previous biking experience
- Excel at Customer Care
- Strong command of the English language
- Understanding how the bikes work
