Job Description

Your role will be to act as our customer service professional with BNK Motion in Kuwait (Vespa, Piaggio, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi) and will enjoy the following:

  • Greeting our customers in a professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments in a timely manner
  • Working closely with our parts team
  • Upsell service, accessories and lifestyle items
  • Assist and advise sales customers and sales inquiries.
  • Attends customer’s spare parts enquiries and ensure ordering the correct parts
  • Order spare parts in manufacturer platform and follow up to provide a proper estimated time of arrival
  • Check, update and keep records of inventory for in store accessories and spare parts
  • Follow up work in progress and update customers on the same after checking with workshop in charge
  • Handle body repair cases and follow up with insurance companies to get approvals
  • Prepare invoices, collect cash from customers and allocate in TILL.
