Responsibilities:
– Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and effective telesales techniques.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, etc.
– Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and offering tailored solutions.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for business expansion.
– Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Skills
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Excellent proficiency in English AND Tagalog is mandatory
– Proven experience in business development or telesales (Services).
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
