Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouses and storage locations.
- Perform regular stock reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory movements, stock variances, and inventory valuation reports.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inventory and stock control reports for management review.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, OCC, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory optimization and cost efficiency.
- Support cost analysis activities related to inventory management and manufacturing operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
