Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for medical equipment, healthcare supplies, consumables, and operational services across Egypt and the UK.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality products/services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance and service levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments including operations, finance, logistics, and clinical teams to understand procurement needs and timelines.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives by tracking procurement expenses and reporting savings opportunities.
- Handle procurement-related issues such as delayed deliveries, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support audit requirements when needed.
