As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the support and further development of the international email marketing of Unitedprint.com SE and its subsidiaries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the organization and implementation of all national and international email campaigns for existing and new customers (B2B and B2C). Marketing automation with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud is just as much a part of your tasks as the planning and further development of an automated customer life cycle. Finally, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the established customer journey and its optimization.
Your profile:
• Successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the areas of IT, digital marketing, business intelligence or significant work experience in the area of digital marketing
• Several years of professional experience and significant knowledge in the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the field of CRM
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML and SQL (SQL queries)
• Knowledge in analytical customer analysis
• High level of commitment, personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Very good communication skills, conceptual thinking and organized work
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
