As UAE EX (HR) Advisor, you will own and execute HR responsibilities as directed, primarily in support of the company’s UAE office. You will report to the EX Director and work closely with the EX Team, Finance, departmental management and team members across the organization. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external parties and reports in person to LATRO’s Dubai, UAE office.    

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Including but not limited to:

  • Recruiting
  • Employment Offer & Contract Management
  • Onboarding (including working with PRO on employee visa support)
  • Benefits Administration
  • Employee Engagement
  • HR Policy Maintenance
  • Offboarding
  • Employee Relations Serve as first-line support for UAE personnel EX-related questions
  • Labor Law Compliance Serve as trusted UAE advisor to the EX Director
  • Personnel File Management

Note that the company uses a HRIS to administrate a number of the responsibilities above.
