Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end local and export sales workflows on Odoo ERP, including leads, quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and inventory allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily performance of the inside sales team, ensuring strict CRM utilization and data integrity.
- Act as the central anchor connecting Warehouses, Design, Production, and Finance to ensure 100% accuracy in order specifications (colors, dimensions, and quantities).
- Coordinate with finance to verify payment settlements/credit limits and check physical stock availability before finalizing orders.
- Track B2B agents’ sales metrics and remaining stock levels via Odoo, while collaborating with Marketing on customer design surveys to align production with market demand.
- Take full ownership of collecting customer feedback after shipment arrivals to evaluate carpet quality, design alignment, and overall satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales operations dashboards and performance reports for direct presentation to the General Manager (GM).
