Job Description:

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, transmittal and deliveries, sample request, invoices, and receipt vouchers accordingly.
  • Handle all paperwork/documents and ensure all are properly filed and recorded.
  • Purchase or coordinate with purchasing department for purchase orders.
  • Take incoming calls or messages and direct it to concerned person as required.
  • Handle petty cash expenses and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
