We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and specifications that attract qualified candidates.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  4. Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruiting activities to attract top talent.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and offer negotiations.
  7. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  10. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new hires.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  8. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  9. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  10. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
