Job Description

A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Estimator Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and cost estimation in the construction industry. As a Cost Estimator Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing project costs, creating budgets, and developing project schedules. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules, including defining tasks, estimating durations, and establishing dependencies.
  2. Conduct cost analysis and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
  3. Work closely with project managers and engineers to develop project budgets and track actual costs against the budget.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or cost overruns, making recommendations for corrective actions.
  5. Prepare and present reports on project cost and schedule performance to management and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with procurement and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive pricing for materials and services.
  7. Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and scheduling.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project planning and cost estimation.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and cost estimation in the construction industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  4. Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.

الوصف الوظيفي:

يقوم الموظف بتخطيط المشاريع باستخدام برامج ادارة المشاريع ، وتقدير التكاليف التقديرية والمصادقة على المقايسة الفعليه المقدمة من مقاول المشروع ، كما يكون قادر على اصدار جدول التدفقات النقدية، واصدار تقارير الاداء للمشاريع والشركة.

قد يحتاج المتقدم الى زيارة المشاريع لللتاكد من التقارير المقدمة من قبل المقاول والمصادق عليه من قبل الاستشاري.

  • المعرفة التامة ببرنامج اوتوكاد و برنامج ريفت
  • القدرة علي اعداد العروض المرئية
  • اجادة اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة
