Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales deals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
  2. Identify potential clients and establish contact through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
  7. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its products.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure excellent customer experience.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Fluency in English and Arabic.
  9. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  10. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
