Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Representative III to join our team in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a District Representative III, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our operations in the assigned district, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned district.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve overall performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
