Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Representative II to join our team in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. As a District Representative II, you will be responsible for managing a district and ensuring the smooth operation of all activities within the assigned area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operations within the assigned district, including sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the district, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on district performance, including sales forecasts, budget analysis, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance the district’s performance.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
