Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Representative II to join our team in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. As a District Representative II, you will be responsible for managing a district and ensuring the smooth operation of all activities within the assigned area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the market and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all operations within the assigned district, including sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the district, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on district performance, including sales forecasts, budget analysis, and customer feedback.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance the district’s performance.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  10. Valid driver’s license.
