Job Description
- Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE scouting for landlords and tenants and making them sign lease agreements between each other.
- Strong customer service skills including the desire to meet and exceed tenant expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (both verbal and written)
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment

Skills
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 2 years of proven experience in sales or other leasing roles
- Presentable, Elegant and Adhere to Time Frame
- An attested Bachelor’s degree
- UAE / International Driving License
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Positive Attitude
- Outgoing and pleasing personality
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
- Ready to work on 50% commission based salary
