Job responsibility includes attending incoming inquiries, sourcing products, sending quotations, order processing and fulfilment.
Position entails efficient communication & coordination between customers and suppliers.
Offer prompt response to customer inquiries, collect necessary details to quickly submit quotations and maintain cordial relationship with all clients.
Develop and maintain large number of local & overseas suppliers’ database. Negotiate & avail favorable prices, delivery & payment terms from them.
Process customer orders by arranging material from stock and/or purchasing from suppliers’ network.
Coordinate with outdoor sales engineers, project engineers, warehouse and accounts department to ensure successful execution of sales process from inquiry to material delivery.
Updating database of clients, liaising with them to send them catalogues & technical datasheets, following up for orders, sending revised offers.
Coordinate with warehouse in charge & drivers for prompt purchase & deliveries.
