Planning Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Specialist to support the company’s demand planning operations across textiles and curtains product lines. In this role, you will ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities — balancing inventory levels with demand signals across multiple channels including wholesale, retail, and projects.

You will collaborate closely with the Procurement, Import, and Warehouse teams to coordinate supply flow across branches and the central warehouse, contributing directly to inventory efficiency and service level targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly demand plans based on historical sales data, market trends, and future forecasts.
• Analyze sales performance across branches and accurately determine product replenishment requirements for each location.
• Plan required quantities of imported and locally sourced products in close coordination with the Procurement team.
• Monitor inventory levels at the main warehouse and all branches to proactively prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Prepare and execute product distribution plans for branches based on sales velocity and demand patterns.
• Coordinate with the Import team to track inbound shipment schedules and ensure alignment with demand plans.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, product movement, and stock turnover rates for management review.
• Conduct analysis on top-performing and slow-moving SKUs and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management efficiency and reduce overall storage and holding costs.
