About the Role
- The jobholder will effectively manage and lead the HR operations activities and team to maintain required service levels to customers and ensure compliance to AF policy and KSA applicable rules and regulations.
About the Responsibility
- Manage On boarding processes according to iGrow system, AF policies and applicable Saudi Labor Law in terms of Contract completion, Data processing and delivery of all join-up logistics as per entitlement
- Manage Off boarding processes according to AF policies and applicable Saudi Labor Law in terms of end of service benefit, documentations, system updates and government formalities.
- Ensure full payroll cycle and WFM transactions are completed within required time and quality
- Manage Shared Service contact centre to ensure customers are served within required time and quality and update the management with periodical reports
- Liaison with KSA labor office to tackle HR operational aspects in terms of employment and documentation regulations.
- Manage and update all GOSI files for AF group in KSA by ensuring all data is accurate and payment is done within applicable rules and regulations
- Handle Medical Insurance service for AF group in KSA by maintaining data accuracy, liaison payment and ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Review all operational escalation cases with HRBPs in business units and employees to take proper disciplinary actions as per AF policies and KSA labor law with full documentation
- Maintain employee files and documents on physical and digital basis in compliance to applicable Labor Law
- Manage team performance in terms of day-to-day employee services that positively impacts customer satisfaction
- Periodically review employee records for KSA based staff to ensure accuracy and perform validation checks
- Ensure compliance to Group HR processes/policies
- To handle other duties as assigned
About the Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or any relavant field
- 5-8 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of KSA labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience building strong relationships and collaboration across all levels of the company
