We serve serious real estate investors: fix-and-flip operators, home builders, and portfolio investors, with bridge loans, construction financing, and rescue financing. 

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Underwriter to join our remote team. 

You’ll be responsible for analyzing and underwriting business-purpose real estate loans. 

You’ll work directly with leadership and be a key part of getting deals across the finish line accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Own

• Underwrite files from submission to approval
• Review and analyze files, financial documents, appraisal reports, entity docs, and borrower credit worthiness.
• Assess collateral value, deal structure, borrower experience, and overall risk
• Identify red flags, conditions, and exceptions and communicate them clearly
• Ensure loans meet lender guidelines and internal standards
• Coordinate with the origination team to resolve open conditions and keep deals moving
• Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready loan files
