Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will assist in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities while working closely with senior team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

Prepare journal entries and assist in general ledger maintenance.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Perform bank reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.

Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding accounting matters.

Support external and internal audit requirements.

Work with ERP systems, including Odoo, to process and maintain financial data.
